 4. An employee engagement committee will make the wellness program of the workforce at a particular company or organization, and all law will be the enforced in same manner for every companies employees.

Many organizations will be moving up quickly if this legislation gets passed, which offer employee wellness programs in hopes of receiving the corporate incentive.
